Marcos Serpas
Leads program strategy, federal compliance, and center operations at SVWSC after 30+ years in California workforce development. Blends public-sector workforce administration with hands-on systems engineering; personally builds the center’s intake automation, performance dashboards, and digital infrastructure that move high-barrier participants — unhoused, re-entry, veterans, English Language Learners — from first visit to first paycheck faster.
Michelle Jordan
Oversees day-to-day case flow, supervises direct-service staff, and coaches the team on assessment, documentation, and client engagement. Brings two decades of leadership across workforce development, housing, and trauma-informed services — including senior roles at Downtown Women’s Center and the City of Inglewood. Ed.M. from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Stephanie Rodriguez
Leads case management at SVWSC — guiding participants through individualized employment planning and documentation compliance — and manages business services: building employer partnerships and sourcing qualified candidates for open roles. USC-trained in compliance and HR (MSL, 2024). Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Edgar Martinez
Provides individualized career counseling and case management to WIOA-eligible jobseekers — from intake and eligibility through IEP development, training referrals, and employment placement. Prior healthcare patient-navigation experience at UCLA Health and Alta California Medical Group translates naturally to guiding participants through complex program requirements.
Roxanna Velo
Provides case management to WIOA-eligible jobseekers, with particular strength in participants pursuing healthcare credentials. 11+ years of prior healthcare experience — medical records, patient enrollment, medical assisting — gives her insider knowledge of CNA, MA, and allied-health training pathways.
Abigail Martinez
First point of contact for walk-ins and callers: greets visitors, manages center phone traffic, and gets new jobseekers started on CalJOBS registration and WIOA applications. Also serves as the center’s in-house flyer designer, helps coordinate job fairs, and juggles everyone’s schedule. Collaborates with community organizations to serve justice-involved, homeless, and limited-English participants.
